2010_6ITS–Spicy Sour Catfish Curry is a distinctive food of the province of Riau, Indonesia. To make it, we need boiling water in a stock pot, into which we add curry paste, shrimp paste, sugar, salt and fish sauce. Bring this to a boil. Add pineapple slices, then the fish and the freshly pressed lime juice. Simmer until the fish is cooked.  Almost all the restaurants in this area provide a menu of spicy sour catfish curry. So it is not difficult to get this tasty food with its unique smell. The big chunks of catfish in the thick yellow curry sauce is very tempting.
