E-87-1-SASANDOITS–The Sesando is a bamboo instrument with several strings around it, which traditionally were made from bamboo as well, but today they are more often made from metal.  The pitch is very similar to the Kecapi from West Java. The space made from the coconut leaves strengthens the sound that produced by the strings. It can be found in Roti Island and Timor.
