2009_05ITS–Usually we consume traditional grilled meat separate from the sauce. Yet, people of Southeast Sulawesi serve meat that has absorbed ginger, onion, garlic, and chili. Served with lime, Sate Tambulinas becomes a different kind of traditional grilled meat with a hot and refreshing taste.

400 grams  beef, cut into 2 x 2 cm
4 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
16 skewers
10 red onions
8 pieces of red chilli
6 pieces of red chili sauce
2 cm ginger
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
Mix the spices, oil, lime juice, and meat. Stir well. Let stand 1 hour.
Beef satay skewer to prick. Fuel while occasionally smeared remaining seasoning until cooked.
